                                Vintage Mobile Cigar Lounge – Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Vintage Mobile Cigar Lounge (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Deposit

· A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and book the mobile cigar lounge.

· The deposit locks in your desired date. If you cancel your booking or request to change the date and your new preferred date is unavailable, your deposit will be forfeited.

· Final payment is due no later than 3 days before your scheduled event.

2. Travel and Mileage Fees: 

· Our standard service area includes a 60-mile radius from Lawrenceville, GA.

· Events held outside this area will incur an additional mileage fee of $2.20 per mile, calculated from our base location.

3. Damage and Liability

· The client is responsible for any damage caused to the mobile cigar lounge trailer or any of its furnishings and equipment by the client’s guests, vendors, or attendees during the event.

· A damage assessment will be conducted post-event, the event client will be billed for any repair’s necessary repairs or replacement.

· We reserve the right to cancel services due to severe or unsafe weather conditions that may pose a risk to our staff, equipment, or guests.

· If we cancel due to weather, we will attempt to reschedule your event or provide a credit for future use. Deposits will not be refunded.

5. Cancellation Policy

· All deposits are non-refundable.

· Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event may be subject to additional cancellation fees.

6. Conduct

· We reserve the right to refuse service or end service early if any behavior poses a risk to staff, equipment, or guests.

· No illegal substances are permitted on or around the trailer.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment of the deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
